gccgo-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi software package provides GNU Go compiler, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gccgo-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi
gccgo-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gccgo-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gccgo-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi *
